In team coaching, we highlight the different resources and perspectives of each individual. It is about clarifying the working relationships, the interactions with each other and the group dynamics. In workshops or one-on-one talks, it is about recognizing ingrained thought patterns, building or waking up a team.



Using diagnostic tools, we can highlight team roles and explore relationships among each other. Then we work on a common vision or a common goal and find the new or lost team spirit.
